Air Freight/Aviation logistics - advice required

I'm looking to start a logistics career within aviation and would be keen to run a few questions by people with work experience in this sector. I know this is more of a ground ops focused forum, however have seen logistics related posts here in the past. If there are any people out there who have such experience (and would be willing to offer advice) I'd be most grateful...I'd send a detailed PM with my questions.
