Arrow Etops-75

I am currently making a college degree "Acquisition of ETOPS approval for Airbus fleet into an airline". I am trying to find the lowest option that is availible and 75-min is enough. Reading a canadian and FAA option for benign area they seem to be much more flexible than JAA/EASA...

Operator: JAR-OPS operator in EU
Required time: 75-minutes diversion is enough
Region: Sahara (benign area)

Does anybody know an operator/airline to operate ETOPS-75 in JAA member country? Non-JAA operator will be much appreciated too.

With kind regards.

I think one of the only airlines still using 75min ETOPS is Air Jamaica.
