BA Hub Controller

Can anyone shed some light on what a Hub Controller does at BA?
From what I gather it is similar to a dispatchers job.
Thanks in advance

hub controller

Hub controllers take care of all load control and planning functions. BA has split the old dispatchers job into 2, all dispatchers are now known as Turnround Managers (TRM) with hefty salary increases to go with the job title. Hub controllers are being taken on to do all the leg work in some boring office.
