3 attributes of a future airline pilot

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the correct part of PPRUNE to post this thread but if there are any experienced captains/F.O's reading this could you list the 3 most important attributes an airline pilot of the future must have?

Regards

1 No spouse.

2 No Kids.

3 No bills.

You won't be able to afford them !
just kiddin.

You must be flexable in this day and age for sure in this industry. I would suggest effort should be placed elsewhere for a career path. That way you can afford to have someone else fly YOUR airplane wilst you sit in the back and complain about the temperture in the cabin just to f*** with the pilots.
I should have been a plastic surgeon, thats where the money is.
