Cardiff Airport Job

I am thinking of applying for a position with Aviance at Cardiff as a ramp operator.

Can anyone tell me what exactly this job involves and what they are like to work for?

Also what are the hours/shifts like?

The advert says seasonal with some possibility of permenent.

What are the chances of getting a permenent position with them?

Thanks

Ramp Operator sounds like a loader. So you will be loading/unloading the bags, maybe headsetting, maybe driving a tug, some bus driving, maybe some marshalling etc...
Don't quote me on that thought but that was the gist of it when Servisair worked the ramp.
