Hi, Starting in Ops at BAA airports down south the salary is about £24000,
BAA airport at least down south only advertise with BAA, so you would have to come in via Security, However BAA more and more do advertise outside.

Around £24k here in OPS with nearly 25 years experience, duties are Marshalling, Bird Hazard Control, Airside Safety, Runway inspections, Accident investigation, Instucting on Courses, (Driving Airside Safety), Overseeing WIP, other things as well, 12hr Shifts.
All in all a great job, no 2 days the same
South West UK.
