Anyone know much about Monarch Ops? What is the general consensus? I know someone who is thinking of applying. Some info about the job / salary / shift patterns would be great.

Thanks

The job is not actually in Operations, it is working in Flight Operations Technical Group (Route planning+ performance etc). It is 9-5.30 Monday to Friday. Not sure as to the salary, will give you something to ask if you get an interview.
