What kind of questions should be expected for an Airline Ops job?

Questions about CAP371 - Avoidance of Fatigue in Aircrew, flightplanning, being able to understand and read weather bulletins/charts. Understanding basic Air Navigation Order info and JAR, basic aircraft performance, etc etc

I've found that the smaller the airline the more you need to know!

It's one of those jobs where you're constantly learning.
