hi guys

i know this might not be the right forum but i need some information about the interview process and the general aptitude test for American Airlines as a Passenger/Customer Service Agent. I have an interview @ Heathrow Airport for ground staff and a friend suggested that this forum could be a start to gain some information about the American Airlines interview process. I would appreciate any information that you could give.
