Hi Swedish.
The SITA (being Pedantic SITA INC) product is CrewWatch (part of the FleetWatch Product Line).
As this has only been recently launched on the open Market (existing FleetWatch users were given a first look), it is unlikely you will get User feedback as the earliest customers are almost certainly still at either pre-implementation, or implementation phases.
So information is limited to that released via SITA - If you have software that can read PDF Documents, then this link should provide you with enough to see where the product is 'coming from' :-):
http://www.sita.aero/NR/rdonlyres/4E...atch_EO_A4.pdf
or if no PDF capability then look at:
http://www.sita.aero/Solutions/Fligh.../CrewWatch.htm
Hope this helps
