Jeppesen Academy courses

I would appreciate any information or comments on the Flight Operations Management courses run by Jeppesen Academy. The Dispatch certificate training course in Frankfurt issues the United Arab Emirates GCAA license - is there much difference to an FAA license and is it well considered in the industry?

dont know the UAE License, but you can work there with German LBA License...
