Ukraine entry requirements

Sirs,

Could anyone of you give me any contact to flight scheduling co-ordinator centre c.a.a. of Ukraine?

Contacts I have are:

AFTN: UKKACAXX UKKAYAYX
TEL: +380 44 4615251 (unable to speak english)
+380 44 216 75 40 (changed to new unknown number)
and @: [email protected]

I haven't get any response from any of them for 2 weeks. Any advice?

As far as I remember, numbers you wrote are for scheduled flights. Will advise future Ukraine visitors about non-scheduled flights co-ordination as soon as I come back home.
