Could anyone of you give me any contact to flight scheduling co-ordinator centre c.a.a. of Ukraine?

As far as I remember, numbers you wrote are for scheduled flights. Will advise future Ukraine visitors about non-scheduled flights co-ordination as soon as I come back home.
