Emerald Airways? Saint or Sinner?

In response from a post in the wannabe's section, I would like to congratulate that individual on not accepting the job offer from Emerald.

I work for a ground handling company that handles JEM at a uk station and the impression we all get is that it is a very thrown together operator. When things go wrong, its near impossible to get information from them, which is even more annoying considering their a/c go tech left right and centre. On a recent CAA audit I overheard the inspector commenting that in over 21 years with the CAA, he had never seen such a tatty fleet of a/c, (re: 748s). I would like to hear from handling companies elsewhere who have had experience of Emerald, either good or bad.
