THAT many peanuts? Depends which airport you work at. Some S'Air operations pay their dispatchers more than the £5.29 at CWL, others (used to/still might) pay less. Every airport is different, so there's not really a set standard payscale to work from!

S/Air Dispatcher pay...
Hi,
At STN its a peanut under £6.00ph but if its your first hit at Civil aviation (I see from your other posting you are from a naval background) it will give you a good grounding in most of the stuff you need to know and you get to work with a good bunch of people.
Also there is normally plenty of O/T available come the summer season at places like STN.

LHR does pay better, then I suppose it kind of makes sense that it does in a way.
My salary with Globeground is currently £21'600 pa.
I am a Senior Agent but the other dispatchers arnt on much less.
