Xla Ops
HI GUYS,
Just wondered what it is like to work for excel airways in the ops dept.
I know they are very busy etc but if anyone can give me an insight into:
what are the people like.
pay and conditions.
training.
development.
or anything else you may feel is relevant.
hope all is well and speak soon
many thx

Hey TJ
I worked for Excel for two years and i loved it to be honest it was a shame to leave, however i left to embark on pastures much higher in the sky etc.
The people are great, some great duty managers and to be honest all the people in the surrounding departments are just as friendly.
The Ops manager if the guy still exists in that role as there was talks of role move, was excellent always on the ball and up for a laugh with the rest of us.
Same as all Ops departments 4 12 hour shifts on 4 days off either 7am-7pm or vice vercer.
Hope this helps
p.s good luck guys with the future at excel
