Anybody heard anything about baby possibly starting up there own ops & crewing?

Apparently looking for around 14-15 staff for Ops/Crewing/Rostering - multi tasking, and supervisors.
I believe ad was either in last week's Flight, or maybe this week.

Rumour has it jobs may be filled internally from BMI.

The jobs have yet to appear on the internal job sheets..
But even if baby do want to employ from within current ops/crewing, who's to say that they will deem us suitable?
If that makes any sense !!
