Cool Corporate Aircraft Dispatch Services UK Ltd

Heard a rumour that the company known as Corporate Aircraft Dispatch Services (CADS UK) are closing down.

Heard from a reliable source that they have put all their staff including the 24hr flight planning department on standby at home UFN.

What does "standby at home" mean? Have they been made redundant or are they waiting for business to pick up before returning to work at the office?
They did seem to have a LOT of people for apparantly little work!

more of this strand on GA and BIZ

Yes the office was very busy...spend a day there, at farnborough, and there were 4 in accounts department with not one peice of paper in sight...

Whilst they handled a flight or two for me they were efficient.

Did they have a FAA Pt 135 certificate.?

Where they involved with Lydd Airoport..?

My 1p worth...
