Baggage Handling Jobs at LHR or LTN??

Hi,

Im looking for a job as a baggage handler or similar for the summer and maybe up to Christmas while I do my ATPL's. Ideally at either Heathrow or Luton.

Anyone got any advice at all on who to contact?

Thanks

BA have finished there staffing for the summer but you could try Aviance or contact the employment exchange at LHR /northside visitors centre. It will be on the web somewhere you could also go on line to HAL for summer security jobs. Good Luck.

Aviance LHR always looking for new staff
I wouldnt personally recommend them but if its only short term why not.
Lots of new contracts, Jamaica, Etihad plus others so lots of O/T, basics not too bad.
The staff at ground level are OK but the companys not so great.

Call this no if you fancy it:

Angel

I did my apprenticeship at LHR working for British Midland - now known as Aviance, I believe.
Good place to work for a pilot-to-be, as you learn a lot just by observation on the ramp...
Looks good on a future application form too. At least, it worked for me!!
Have fun.

PS - When the time comes to leave for that elusive flying job, THAT'S when you tell them you want to be a pilot!! Plenty of conversation while you're working your notice!!
