Talking 30 Days Not Enough

How did the 30 days improvement notice go?
Recently easyJet gave s'air LPL a 30 days improvement notice but did anyone notice an improvement?
Will the next be a 90 day notice to end the contract?
S'air are now recruiting new staff but how will they cope with minimal training to sort out the shortages and will be cause more problems thatn they already have whilst trying to learn the job.
Could this be the end?
