Airlines that use LoadMasters will generally train their staff in- house on the particular aircraft type in the operation. You will almost certainly have worked in ramp dispatch, load control and load planing for airlines or the RAF before finding a job as a loadmaster.
You can start with studies on the basics of weight and balance to Commercial pilot level. Then wangle your way into ramp operations for a a few years to learn the rest of the airline loading business and to consolidate your knowledge of weight and balance. Airlines who use loadmasters may still be using manual loadsheets so you must know how to do it the old way. Also, it will most certainly be a cargo airline.
Today computers are/have all but replaced manual loadsheets and the old skills of the professional loadmaster are being lost, so you'll need to pick a place where manual loadsheets are used regularly, but that's still possible particularly where cargo is involved.
Weight and balance studies are usually part of an ops course and you can search back on these pages to learn more about that. The only course I can think about is provided by Boeing and its aimed at weight engineers rather than day to day operational
weight and balance. Maybe someone else on these pages can advise.
