Winds - HKG based operation
I am trying to help a friend with his Griffith Uni assignment.
He has chosen to submit a paper on a pseudo charter operation based in HKG with the following aircraft & routes:
DC8-73 operating weekly services to:
SEL or PUS; HCM; HKT; BKK; DPS; SYD & CEB.
Another friend seems to know of someone with the rough -73 performance profiles.
However to enable him estimate route details he needs sector wind estimates. The cost of wind data from Boeing is very expensive.
Is there anywhere on the net we can find this information?
