Are there any good courses for crewing staff?

Hi,
Fairly new to this crewing lark, are there any good courses to go on to further my career or help learn cap 371?

Cheers
SI

Hi there, I started out by being thrown in the deep end, in a grosley understaffed department. Believe me you learn quick. Although a courses can give you the basics, theres no substitute for on the job learning, I think this is the best way. Theres usually someone around to give you advice, and i dont know what other people think, but im always happy to pass on what ive learned to someone starting out. If in doubt just ask. If you get bored (i wish) you can always read CAP371

Good Luck
