Bonuses for lower/middle/upper management and Dixon who should have been sacked for his sell-out stance in the takeover bid.
Time to start looking for a new job as they (The Red Rat) will eventually take maintenance o/s :suspect:

Call centre's in India! Seems to be working but i really don't know the stats.

So how to reduce that piece of the exp's pie, E and M?
