Apprentices
Virgin Used to run an apprenticeship scheme, not sure if they still do. Might be worth investigating.
Heard on the grapevine some of the airlines will be recruiting apprentices this year after the break last year.

As far as I'm aware Virgin still take on a regular intake of apprentices in september each year. Application form should be available within the next one or two months on the virgin atlantic internet site. If not send me a personal message and I'll post you an application.
