The company on their social media platforms are advising the imminent announcement of some big exciting news. Wonder if this could be the return to Airbus maintenance as their two main airline customers (KLM and Transavia) are of course switching from Boeing to Airbus.

I think the big announcement is the Jet2 engineering contract. It would be nice if they could start to maintain KLM’s A320/1s as these seem to be the future.

KLM UK Norwich has a lot of capacity to fill, what with the new hangars and everything. Given this, I think handling Airbuses would help with securing long term future, especially during the quieter summer months.
