EK roadshow issues

Hi guys,

I attended a roadshow host by EK in MAY, and I receive a mail from them this week. Their words confused me. As they said, I have been successfully shortlisted as a candidate, they need some time to proceed next steps. But right now, I'm in their Select On Hold talent pool. My candidature will be valid for six months.

So, the question is am I successful? Will I get an offer? And they even didn't mention which position I will get. Did they just send a formulational email to keep me wait?

I guess I already get my answer...
