Morning all,
Just a heads up. Do you know (I did not) that if you post from the UK to Ireland (licence amendment/renewal), you need to have completed a customs delaration form (CN22 or CN23). A friends licence is currently "in transit" somewhere in the UK/Ireland postal system, possibly never to be found/returned.
