jar 66 licenses

Can anyone advise me on the what is needed to pick up a JAR66 B1/ B2 license. I currently hold an ICAO type 2 ticket, working for a small outfit near Hong Kong. Gotta love those Deathstars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(A320's).
