I'm not sure you actually find much in the way of "notes" for differences between B747-400 passenger and freighters? Having worked on all types of B747 except the -8 [so 100/200/300/400/SP] in both passenger and combi and pure freighter type, I cannot remember any specific notes for freighter differences, only notes, were for type differences. Some companies might have issued them but I don't remember seeing any such notes.

Main differences would be strengthened main deck floor [which was only strengthened in the convertible part of a combi] Special inspections around SCD area [side-cargo door] and nose opening door area. Extra fire suppression systems on main deck. Powered cargo handling system main deck [but this was just a copy of the lower deck system with just more control panels throughout the main deck] Also the combi versions had a removable system on the main deck, as were the fittings for passenger seating and overhead bins in the zones that were convertible between passenger and freight.

Pure freighters [that were built as such from Boeing] also had the smaller upper deck as the larger upper deck was not required.
