TDWR Radars Gone From Internet

For several months, TDWR radars in the USA have been unaccessible via the internet. Used to, you could find them using a link, www.srh.noaa.gov, at www.weather.gov. Also, you could access them at Weatherunderground. Since these radars are necessary to aid in the avoidance of windshear from thunderstorms and tornadoes, I'm relatively sure they are still in operation, but likely available only to FAA controllers. Does anybody know what happened to them?
