B1/B2 Examinations

I'm currently self studying towards my B1 license and am completing the relevant examinations. I've been led to believe that if I complete Modules 4 and 5 to a B2 standard, that I would be able to apply for a B1/B2 once I have the required experience. I'm aware that I would have to complete modules 13 and 14 to apply for my B2 license as well. Obviously I'd complete all of the other modules to a B1 standard.

Are there any more modules that I would need to complete to the "higher" B2 standard or are the modules that I have listed correct?

I only ask as I'd prefer take the appropriate examination now rather than wait to do a B1 to B2 conversion course in the future.

Thank you in advance.

The way you described is OK. Get modules 4 & 5 on a B2 level if you can.
If you are applying to the B1 licence first, you do not need module 14. In case you are applying for B1 and B2 at once, you must also present module 14 exam results. See Extension of your licence B1 to B2 or B2 to B1 or CAT-A to B1. Module 7.4 is part of the OJT. Unfortunately this varies form country to country...
I recommend you to take the complete module 13, as it contains a lot of CAT-A questions like module 11. The conversion exam is much harder.

Yes, the B2 level of modules 4 and 5 covers B1 as well. As to the modules 11 and 13, different countries may possibly have slightly different implementation, but e.g. in Czechia the standard way to go for B1+B2 is module 11 plus submodule 137.
