Airnav platform installation on tablets

Hi

I'm fed up with the bulky laptops with Airnav that companies usually provide for accessing AMM, TSM, IPC etc. I want to switch to something smaller like Microsoft Surface Go (preferably) or Surface Pro. Has anybody managed to install Airnav (not Airnav-X which is platform independent) on a Surface tablet? According to Airbus, Airnav is (supposed) to be officially compatible with Windows versions up to Windows 8. Needless to say, any other suggestions for accessing Airnav platform on a tablet are welcome!
