Remote Controlled Air to Ground VHF Communication

Hello,

I am an Engineer and working on ground based VHF Communication Setup for air to ground communication.
We have a complex setup where SAME VHF Frequency is operated from DIFFERENT Ground Base Stations over a WIDE AREA NETWORK.
To mitigate echo and achieve synchronized VHF Tx/Rx for Air to Ground communication over a Wide Area Network (using different terrestrial & satellite/VSAT technologies), we are utilizing a specialized hardware called Memotec Net Performer.

Queries:
1. Do we have memotec experts on this forum who can answer to few queries how memotec handles certain parameters.
2. What is the standard architecture followed in other parts of the world in analog & VHF over IP communication using terrestrial and Satellite Networks.
3. how can share practical technical experience of Analog VHF Communication and VHF over IP.
