Ryanair maintainance base in Pik.

Anybody know any info of the advert re. engineers for a maintainance base for Ryanair in Prestwick?

PIK for Ryanair?

They might open a maintenance base if Ayrshire/Scotland were to build the hangar for them, provide and pay the manpower, etc.
In other words zero investment from them and easy to hi tail it out of there when they want.
Also they know PIK/ Ayrshire have done similar for others?!
