Engine change in ThorpT18

Hi Guys

I am considering replacing my Lyco O290d2 with an O320, preferably a low hour unit.
Can anyone advise the most suitable unit for replacement so that the exhaust and cowlings may be reused.
Are there any “gotchas” that I need to look out for?
I had replaced the piston rings on the old unit but now using lots of oil and it’s becoming very difficult to obtain spares for a rebuild.
Seasons greetings to all.

May want to try these two contacts. Don't know if they're still around.
