cabin pressure problem

Cockpit cabin altitude warning indication.

Reduced delta P at 32,000 ft, cabin altitude increasing through 10,000ft at constant aircraft altitude.
Outflow valve indicating open.
Right Hand wing overheat warning indication.

What could be the problem

the cabin pressure system is running on man mode
or it could be Pressure control failure
Im thinking bleed air leak for over heating
