BSc Aircraft Maintenance career path

Hello! everyone, I am new here. After completing the BSc Aircraft maintenance degree from universities like south wales and Kingston, is it possible to get paid while getting the necessary years of experience (to get an easa license) from Aviation MROs

Without the basic hand skills training you would ideally be looking at starting an apprenticeship.
