Jeppesen Plates not loading on Garmin 1000???
We currently operate an Embraer phenom 300 equipped with Garmin 1000 MFD and PFD,s. The navigation part as far as waypoints and flight planning is fine and accurate but the jeppesen electronic approach plates are not loading. The precise message :Unable to display charts. Our engineer has uploaded the Garmin database with the present charts from jeppesen online but we are still getting this error message.
Anyone out there experienced this before? and how did you fix it?
