Bell 412: ITT rise and RPM droop during takeoff

i have some technical questions regarding bell 412. ITT rise and both engines ITT having a difference of 50 degrees in normal condition and secondly RPM droop more than 2% during takeoff. My helis are operating at 5000ft ASL and 34-38 degrees OSL normally. need some help.

Not enough information on indications or aircraft specifics. ITT rise and droop "normal" on takeoff. Only when exceed transient limits is when have problem. The maintenance manual Chapter 76 has several checks (e.g. engine trim check, droop check, etc.) to give you a better handle on troubleshooting your problem.
