DAR Frame Customization

I thought this will be easy, but I was mistaken.

ARINC 429 uses 32 bits recording. This is more or less straight forward; however, packing the raw data into a 12 bit Harvard bi-phase seems to be a cumbersome task.
I would appreciate if there is anyone here with relevant knowledge who can shed some light on the method used to do the mapping.

Cheers,

Never mind. I guess it is one of those convoluted subjects that no one likes to visit. The answer happens to be fairly simple.
