Netjets starting up new engineering facility

Hi, Can anyone tell me when the Netjets engineering facility is to start up again? I hear that RAF Northolt is the preferred option again but other bases are possibilities. I've been told by the new Director of maintenance that the recruitment process will start sometime in May/June time.
I would think that they would have a difficult time recruiting enough type rated engineers to start up by mid-summer, if this is correct.

I understand that since successfully obtaining certification earlier this month to operate the Embraer Phenom 300 in and out of London City Airport, they may have reserved places on a Phenom 300 engineers course.
