2 years experience for B1 license
hello,
i have finished my basic course in a easa 147 approved organisation at may 2013, and i started my trainning at dec 2013 in a easa 145 approved organisation, the question is can i apply for the license by may 2015 or i should wait till dec 2015, and what could go wrong if i apply earlier and get rejected.

You have to wait till DEC 2015 as your experience counts from your first day of work and whatever gap in between your 147 course and training does not count.
If you happen to get rejected for having not fulfilled the criteria for the license issue nothing will happen they will only ask you to reapply once you are qualified.
However if you get rejected for falsification issues or other illegal acts then you may be put on hold and asked to redo all your training starting from the day of rejection or in some cases get permanently blacklisted off achieving the EASA 66 license.
