A320 Wheel Well Door Rigging Issues?

Has anyone come across issues installing replacement doors on the A320-series. The P/Ns in question are:

D52880165000095 (L/H)

D52880165000195 (R/H)

We have had two airplanes from different operators that had refurbished doors provided as replacements. Neither of the airplanes took well to the doors. All the tinkering would leave a .300 protrusion into the airstream. Several different doors had the same results.

Existing doors were repaired and reinstalled. Aircraft delayed in check.

Any comments appreciated.
