Local job experience Australia
Hi,
It seems almost impossible to get any job without local work experience in the aviation industry in Australia.Does anyone have any idea or tips on how one can penetrate into this industry?

Ask around at the GA and regional level. Mainly, just get your name and resume out there. But, as mentioned, lots of engineers are either recently out of work or are about to be. So there'll be plenty of competition.
