Fixing Helicopters

I've had enough of the scheduled airline business, but I love being around aviation. Got an FAA A&P and CAA LWTR A&C, so I thought that helicopters might be a worthwhile ( Lifeflights ), and interesting type of career change. Anybody out there made the transition from fixing airliners, to fixing helicopters?

Try Just Helicopters for a dose of what is happening in their World.

Never seen so much bitching and moaning in my life!

Also has lots of job postings, particularly in the EMS sector.

Know quite a few gone from Helicopters to Airlines, but not many the other way round, other than from Regionals.

Thanks for the info. I looked them over. There must be a special coffee brewed just for aviation that gets people so PO'd. Back to the drawing board...............
