Hello, I have a question for all you aviation specialists.
I have been working for an aviation manufacturer in the maintenance departmente for the last 2 years. What i have noticed is that a significant percentage of the technicians, tech office staff, logistiics are not employed directly like myself but through external agencies (in particular when it comes to working abroad).
Although they do the same, job their salary is nearly twice as much (and depending on the role they also get house benefits).
I am young and still dont have a familiy and I am considering changing company due to several reasons, I was wondering if any of you could point out the biggest agencies that employ staff for aviation. For logical reasons I don't want to send my CV to agencies that are employed by my current employer.
Ideally I would like to work for shifts (4 weeks on 2 off or something like that).
Any advice guys?
