Could mega airplane parachute be a savior to plane crashes?
Could this systems be useful in commercial aircraft carriers where Total weight of the aircraft is the main parameter for safe landing in emergency
conditions ?.

Mate , think about the weight here , a Cirrus weighs about 2k kg and the parachutes are HUGE .. A B737 weighs somewhere around 70k kg , the parachutes would have to be size of a city block and take minutes to deploy , TOTALLY UNWORKABLE .....
TT.2 The para assembly (whatever its size) wouldn't take that long to operate as it's deployed via a ballistic system. As you've said though, the hard part would be the operating deployment speed envelope and finding a space to fit one in a 737.
