Question What about your company??

Leading on from the CHC redundancies thread in 'Rotorheads' I would like to ask the following question:

What does your company pay unlicenced, Basic licenced and Type licenced engineers?

This could be interesting

Un-Licenced (fitter) £18,500 (includes £2500 'unsociable hours' allowance)
1 Licence, with no approvals (LAE) £29,000 (includes £5,000 'unsociable hours' allowance)
More licences and approvals = more money

Full JAR B1 with Type approval = £33,250

Put in in before but here goes again.

Easytech

Basic mech about £22,000
Basic licensed about £32,500

above plus 25% bonus, plus 15% permi nights, plus OT.

4 on 4 off, 33 days leave.

3% pension contributions

pay rise pending (not much)

Certifying engineers made about £50,000 last year.
