Internal authorisation PART 145
I would like to ask about experience requirements in case of first approval for particular aircraft type in PART 145 company.
For example, in our PART 145 company works certifying person authorised to maintain B737 and A320. He finished ATR aircraft B1&B2 theoretical and practical training in PART 147 and he received new license with ATR type.
My question is: do the person need 6 months experience on ATR aircraft to receive internal PART 145 company authorisation? Or the PART 147 training "covers" first 2 years? And after 2 years the 6 months experience should be checked i.a.w. PART 145.A.35(c).
Thank you in advance.

Short answer is, It all comes down to your companies rules and regulations.
We can't provide a generic answer as each company MMOE contents are different.
Read your MMOE in the part that mentions certifying staff qualifications and training procedures and if you need further inquiries ask your quality manager.
