Rumours say ADAT laid off some hundred staff in AUH ? Can someone confirm and when yes, how do they want to get a name as a "good" employer in this area with such an attitude.

I have worked in this region for a while and a350_b787 is correct they got rid of the dead wood but still i wouldn't ever recommend a friend or colleague to come here now. You can be sacked without warning and with no explanation.

We heard different versions:
1. the "chosen" staff had to go to AMROOC
2. leaning their structure
3. firing middle management for non productivity
I guess option 3, with 200 useless manager cannot be any good production.
